This afternoon in Orange Walk, the Social Security Board and Hand in Hand Ministries handed over a house to a very deserving mother of two.
Social Security staffers assembled the house over the weekend, and they handed it over to a very pleased Amanda Leiva today in Orange Walk. Here's what she told CTV-3.
