Belizean cyclists excelled in the 19th Caribbean Championship in Cuba.
Oscar Quiroz placed second in the Road Race on Sunday in Havana - coming close in a dramatic sprint where the Cuban rider bested him.
While on the women's side, Kaya Cattouse placed 5th and Nicole Gallego was 12th in what we are told was a very tough road race.
The Belizean cyclists are said to have shown great teamwork in their rides.
