The crow returned to city hall today - we're talking about the crow - footing court bailiff. Reports are that he went to the city council's main office on Albert Street this afternoon to continue marking items - mostly office equipment. This is to settle the council's almost half a million dollar judgement debt to its former city administrator Candice Miller.
Yesterday, the bailiff was at the works compound marking heavy equipment for seizure.
This is based on an execution of judgement which Miller's attorney Magali Perdomo got from the court. The council has indicated that it is filing for a stay of execution immediately.
It has called the rapid application for an execution of judgement an act of bad faith by Candice Miller.
