But the Mayor knows exactly how much the court has ordered the city council to pay former City Administrator Candice Miller.  That's 378 thousand 175 dollars and thirty five cents, plus another 69 thousand 817 dollars in costs. 

That's almost half a million dollars - and today the Mayor didn't want to say a whole lot about it:

"Has the council adhered to the payment plan that Candice Miller had asked through her attorney?"

"I can't comment on that matter, we are on gag order on that matter but we are working out, we have to ensure that we respect the ruling of the court and show goodwill."

Jules Vasquez
"Was it goodwill when one of your councillors posted a without prejudice letter on his Facebook page with the request from her attorney? I saw it on one of your councillors Facebook page and used it on the news. Albert Vaughn."

Bernard Wagner 
"Again, I can't control everything that my councillors do on their private page."

Jules Vasquez
"You're starting to sound like Dean Barrow now and the Alibaba's."

Bernard Wagner 
"No but I certainly spoke to him about it and since then we are remedied that situation."

Jules Vasquez
"Have the council lost use of any assets due this crow footing that is going on?"

Bernard Wagner 
"If we didn't do the stay, we would have lost some assets because the individual was already initiating."

Jules Vasquez
"But you have everything you slugged and everything we have seen marked.."

Bernard Wagner 
"The last time I checked, we still had it, yes. (laugh)"
