He's a well known tour operator - and Yhony Rosado also has a good many vehicles parked in his yard on the highway. But that yard has no fence, and early on Sunday - a young man apparently looking for a joyride, hopped into one his pickups, and sped off.
Security video shows the young man walking up to the compound and first trying to leave in one vehicle, but he seemed to have had no luck - and then walked over to a 2014 Isuzu DMax, jumped in and sped off within seconds.
But, he didn't get far - and later that morning police got a call about A D-Max that had ran off the road at mile 8. When the cops got there, they found it was Rosado's pickup - showing major damage.
Police found a suspect but no one has been charged yet.
Rosado laments that he had just downgraded the truck's insurance from comprehensive to third party two months earlier.
