A man has gotten off a murder charge while his brother, who was a minor when the crime was committed, remains on trial
22-year-old Lenford Harris was charged with the murder of 27-year-old Nelson Zelaya, but today Senior Crown Counsel Shanice Lovell entered a nolle pros motion in the court of Justice Colin Williams.
In November of 2016, it was alleged that the Harris brothers were complicit in the shooting and ultimate murder of Zelaya who was shot to the head in his back yard in Gardenia village.
