Tonight, 35 year old shooting victim Christopher Guild remains in a critical condition at the KHMH - but police have been quick to charge the man who allegedly shot him on Monday night.
32 year old Bart Lucas, 32, a resident of Pinks Alley, was charged with attempted murder when he appeared today before Chief Magistrate, Sharon Fraser.
Lucas was also charged with dangerous harm, use of deadly means of harm and aggravated assault - reportedly for firing at the police in that same spree. He was remanded until February 18.
Police recovered more than 15 expended shells from the scene.
As security footage shows, a gunman rode up behind Guild who was walking home and amid directly for his head. Guild ducked and the bullet grazed the back off his skull.
