On the 26th November, Belize City resident Richard O'Neil was kidnapped, taken to an area off the Boom - Hattieville road, shot, dumped on the roadside and left for dead.
But, he somehow survived in a critical condition. Tonight, though the news is that three weeks, later, he succumbed to his injuries at 11:40 this morning.
Earlier this month, Police arrested and charged 22-year-old Elden Flowers for his attempted murder - we expect that will now be upgraded for murder. Flowers had just gotten off a murder charge weeks earlier.
