Police haven't released any official information on the case as yet, but multiple reports say that his body was discovered this morning inside his home. First responders allegedly found him in a crouching position in the living room area of the house. His hands and feet were tied and it appears that he was stabbed to his neck and upper body.

Residents tell us that Brown and his family migrated to the US and returned several years later. At the time of his killing, he was retired, but he was employed as a lecturer at the University of Belize's PG Campus. He is remembered fondly by fellow community members.
