Back in October we told you that shooting victim Brindel Munnings died in his living room after weeks of struggling to recover from a gunshot wound.
At the time a minor was charged for his attempted murder. Well know that minor is an 18-year-old adult - and his name is Eric Frazer. Today, he was charge upgraded to murder. He will be arraigned and remanded next week.
