Police have also arrested the knife-wielding teens who they encountered on the upper flat of Nina's store on Christmas Day.
But there are questions about the use of excessive force by police in shooting of the minors. The 16 and 17 year old allegedly had knives, the cops had guns.
When asked about it earlier today, Superintendent Alejandro Cowo said that the officers felt that their lives were being threatened, and acted accordingly.
Both minors have since been charged with burglary, with one of them receiving an additional charge of aggravated assault.
