A man in the north is dead after he allegedly fell from a construction site where he was working.
It happened last week and the family of Godfrey Petillo claims that he was failed by his workplace and the Northern Regional Hospital
CTV3 spoke to Petillo's sister yesterday afternoon, and she expressed her confusion at the manner in which she says her brother who had two broken ribs was turned away from emergency care.
The Ministry of Health has informed Petillo's family that an investigation into the matter will be conducted.
