The Evangelical Manifesto
posted (January 7, 2020)
So, the association has partnered with 133 churches countrywide to create a list of public issues they want their opinions heard on.

They call it "Raising Standards in Belize, a Nonpartisan Evangelical Manifesto", and they have 7 areas of focus, namely, abortion, traditional marriage and family, gender policy, drug decriminalization, and legalization, political corruption, Belize Guatemala relations, and the Belize school curriculum.

This evening, the secretary discussed their thoughts on the topic of marriage and family:

And now, here are the thoughts from the manifesto on the topic of the gender policy:

George Ferrar - Secretary, NEAB
"Children use to grow us as a plain common sense that there are only 2 sexes; male and female. They learn respect for the opposite sex, considering extra marital sex as a shameful and ruinous thing. Now they are encourage to engage not only in natural sex acts before marriage, but in all kinds of unnatural sex acts with multiple artificial genders, such acts are not right endowed by our creator. They are acts of abuse, not of love which caused disease and confusion. Such a perverse trend destroys not only God given sexual identities, but future families which are the building block of our future as a nation."

The association has pledged to come back to the general public to discuss the other topics from the manifesto.
