As we told you earlier, today, after the Prime Minister's extended press conference, the media tied him down for another session to discuss current matters. We asked him about the situation with Chief Justice Kenneth Benjamin who reaches the retirement age of 65 in March. The question that's been much in the news is, will he be given an extension. Ultimately, it's the Prime Minister who has to make that decision - and today he said it is still an unsettled matter:
