And enhanced investigative skills may have recently led to an arrest in a city home invasion.
24 year old Demas Zelaya was recently charged for a city home invasion after police found his fingerprints at the scene.
Williams said they are confident this can lead to a conviction:

"Thankfully we have a match in the particular case you alluded to a while ago and that has led to the arrest to one individual and may I say for those who may be wondering will they get a conviction, it's only a fingerprint. We have had several cases where we have convicted people in court based on fingerprints. The fingerprint expert will go to court and testify and give the different characteristics of how much match and then based on that the magistrate will determine what weight they give to the evidence to the expert and we have had many convictions. We are certain that this is another case that we will get a conviction for."
Two other suspects in this home invasion are still at large.
