And, our final story for this segment may or may not be recorded as a murder. Brain Harris died this weekend - 6 weeks after he had been shot in mid December.
At that time - the 37 year old was shot on a Picado road in Ladyville and left for dead. He survived five shots and survived through the night on the side of the road, unable to move. He was found in the morning and rushed to the hospital.
He was left paralyzed - and released from the hospital - after the doctors couldn't do any more for him.
But, his condition worsened and he had to be re-admitted to the hospital. And, that's when he died. Police say only a post mortem can confirm if it will result in a murder charge:...

No one had been charged for the original shooting.
