And, finally, tonight a family in San Estevan, Orange Walk is deep in the throes of grief after their newborn baby boy died under mysterious circumstances.
On Saturday, Andriel Augustine - who was born in November of 2019 died at a private clinic. His doctor said he had a very high fever and came there with no pulse.
The family told police that his health went downhill after a vaccination:
The baby was injected on Friday 24th January 2020 in the morning at the Northern Regional Hospital. When she got home the baby started with a fever which got worse until he died on Saturday.
The Ministry of health says that an internal investigation has commenced and a public health team is doing the investigation.
