Allegation: Man Scalded By Police
posted (January 31, 2020)

And, a family in that same general area is reporting tonight that their loved one was scalded by police with hot water.  They sent us pictures of Francis Nolberto’s whose chest appears indeed to have been scalded.  The family says he was picked up for questioning about a stolen cell phone, and then viciously scalded.

An aunt asked us to appear off camera when she told us about how he looked when they saw him at the Mahogany Street station:…

Voice of Aunt
"So he say ma, they burn me up, now we still no know what kind of burn up this lee bwai the talk about. Now I say I will come home because I know I have work next day and ma gone and my brother gone da hospital when his ma call me she say how the burn up ah with hot water and his chest burn up. So, now we no get to see ah until almost 11 o'clock this morning and when time he walk out of the station I hurry take 2 pictures with the burn on this chest, then I sent the picture to Jules and so, we just want know why the office had to burn ah on his chest while he is already detained at the station at Mayflower because he said that's where they burned him."

The family also alleges that police pulled out his dreads.
