He's the COLA Captain who took over from General Giovanni - but it seems Shawn Saldano wasn't long for the job. He took over the Presidency in June of 2019, but has resigned abruptly.
A pre-dawn release from COLA says Saldano was only an interim president who has stepped down, quote, "due to unforeseen obligations and circumstances."
Treasurer, Edward Young, has jumped a few rungs on the executive ladder to act as interim president.
