COBEC, the Consortium for Belize Educational Cooperation has been around for more than three decades. And for al those decades its been allowing Belizean students to attend certain US colleges while paying tuition fees at discounted rates. The programs has educated hundreds of Belizeans- and today at the UB campus in Belmopan, it held its 32nd conference.
