And if he does wheel and come again, Faber says he will do so with more humility.

"I think the results were telling in many ways, taught me serval lessons. Lessons about what can come in a convention of that nature but also lessons that forces me to do some great introspection and to determine how it is if I intent to continue in this business of politics and certainly my aspirations for leadership it has taught me that I may need indeed to do things a bit differently. I am absolutely open to that kind of thing."
Neither Faber nor the Prime Minister have publicized their discussion yesterday - but information suggests that Faber's humbler approach may have been on the table.
