Valentine's day is almost over but if you were trying to get that last-minute bouquet you might still be suffering from the whiplash of hearing "too late," "good luck," and flat out "no."
That's because Belize City florists say that this year's demand for Valentine's day flowers was unusually high. Cherisse Halsall went out to ask some of the sweethearts why they chose to buy the quintessential Valentine token.
The average price of a bouquet ranged form $55 dollars for a basic one to $150 for a deluxe.
