A special constable is in jail tonight, charged for 8 counts of unlawful sexual intercourse.  31 year old Jeremy  Bermudez, allegedly had sex with a minor from she was 13  years until she was almost 15.

It happen between July of 2018 up to last month.  

Bermudez is attached to the Precinct 1 Police Station.  

Due to the nature of the offenses, bail was denied and Bermudez was remanded to the Belize Central Prison until April 21, 2020.
