A taxi man who was cheated out of his fare by two GSU officers has decided to report the incident. He allegedly got pepper sprayed for his trouble. Now Gerald Jones also known as Star Black is speaking out about the cruel way in which it was demonstrated to him that reports cannot be made against officers.

"On Sunday after the convention I went back to the Mahogany street taxi union which, where i'm a member as the vice president of the taxi union and two officers approached my car and told me they wanted a taxi. So after they get in the vehicle, the back seat I drove off."
"They told me at the fourth lane make a left turn so I did make the left turn and after I made the left turn they told me right here and they jumped out of my car and they headed towards the long barracks and I drove off and I went to the precinct at Mahogany street and when I got there the police asked me what am I coming here for, and I said i'm only here to make a report against two officers."
"They told me that I cannot make no "efing" report against no police officers. So I was determined to do it and I went to open the Mahogany street precinct door and that's when an officer grabbed me around my neck and the other one pepper sprayed me with the spray. So I didn't have no choice I just let the door go you know and then I just sat right down on my butt and then he asked me if I wanted some water and I told him no I don't want any water cause the water will make it worse and I pulled a rag out of my back pocket and told him to please wet it with water for me and then I you know pat my face with it until I receive my sight back and then I got up and me and him went through a little exchange of words and like I told him way did you do that to me that was lone "R" that you did. I just came here to make a report.After that he told me, move my car from there. I told him I'm not gonna move my car. I'm about to call the media on you all right now. So he said you do what you want but just get the "ef" out of my station yard."
"I just want the guys from the PIV to know my name is Star Black, you know, I hang out at Mahogany Street taxi union and i'm not a regular, you know how you call it, a snitch cause you know i'm off the streets. I raised up in the streets, you know, i'm not them type of people i'm just trying to get this thing straight to the PIV to let them know, you know, that I'm not that type of person. Tze officers they just used my vehicle and that's the result I get when i went to the precinct to make a report."
