So, no distress call was received, but was the helicopter in the air much earlier than announced? Multiple reports tell us that a chopper was heard in the Ladyville/Hattieville area at 2:00 am, not 4:00 am as the BDF reports. We asked about this today:

"The commissioner told us yesterday the intercept was made just after 4am, between 4am and 4:30am, but I have multiple accounts of people who live in the area Ladyville, Hattieville, who heard the helicopter up at 2am. Multiple reliable credible accounts from people that I know and trust. Are you all able to say at what time the helicopter left the airwing?"

"The helicopter left about 04:00; however, they have to do preliminarily warm up and checks prior, so you hear the helicopter start up and lift up and everything, because they do checks, which are safety checks that is normal, but they left for the operation about 04:00."
