And speaking of drug planes, We also asked Wiliiams about a plane circling last night over the Belize district.

"Plane circling last night, Belize District, did that reach your desk?"
Chester Williams, Commissioner of Police
"Yes, it circled and we were out waiting. I didn't land. It went over to Guatemala side."
Reporter
"Sir, it was a narco plane that was seen around 8-9p.m, in the Belize District, Hattieville, Gardenia, those areas?"
Chester Williams
"Well, we can't say if it was a narco plane. It didn't land in Belize. It went over into Guatemala side and we have no information from Guatemala that it landed or if they intercepted it. So, we cannot say if it was a narco plane."
Reporter
"You think it had a scenario to land here but chose otherwise?"
Chester Williams
"It could have been that they wanted to land here but due to our efforts, they were forced to go elsewhere."
