As we’ve told you It was only an hour and a half later that 52-year-old Micheal Barrera, a youth counselor and gang mediator, met an untimely death on Central American boulevard. This morning Superintendent Cowo told us that Barrera’s murder was the only shooting of the evening that seems to be an isolated incident.
