KHMH Union Rejects Quarantine Room In-Clinic

But while the KHMH lays out its plans to contend with the COVID-19 pandemic, hospital staff is up in arms saying that the national referral hospital should never have created a designated treatment area with its walls. 

Their fear is that the spread of the virus could affect the entire hospital forcing it to be quarantined and therefore inaccessible to the multitude of patients who would have need of it for every other condition. 

And today the President and Vice President of the KHMH’s workers union’s said a firm no to working within management's new coronavirus ward.

And the KHMH Workers Union says that in facing the coronavirus GOB's designated $900,000 allots just $1.75 for each citizen. They suggest that experts be brought in from the U.S. and Taiwan to advise the Ministry of Health on how to best move through the onset of the virus.
