And, when will those borders open?  Well, Manzanero says, even if the borders and the airport open - don’t expect a rush of tourists anytime soon:

"We need to understand that this not going to be business as usual from now on. I think our lives have changed forever and if you see what's happening around us, particularly in the US, that now has the majority of case, more than China, they're not expecting to go down with their cases perhaps until July-August and you're talking about the next 3, 4 months. So even if our airports were to open, I don't know if you're going to be having any flights in that regards."
