This evening in an Ask the Experts session in Belmopan, the Director of Health Services gave a few more details on Patient three in Belize City, plus the other two patients on San Pedro:

"He is doing overall good, he doesn't have any signs or symptoms, he is not under any specific treatment regimen. As you know there is no real treatment for Covid-19, but he has not warranted any specific treatment from our end. I also check and before we go on with this case, the other 2 cases are doing very well. Actually, the mom seems to be doing better than the index case in the sense of having no signs or symptoms and the other immediate contacts of this case is also a symptomatic. This third case is self-isolated. We have done our initial mapping in Belize City and we don't seem to have any immediate family members or close contact that would have been on duly exposed. Of course, the mapping exercise looks at other layers. We are looking at another 2 persons that may have travelled with him or share a common address in New York. But that's part of the mapping exercise that's ongoing."
7News has confirmed that this third patient lives on the Northside of Belize City.
