Those three COVID-19 cases have triggered a soft national lockdown, which was so soft last night, that it still allowed boledo to be drawn.  31 played to the delight of many, but that’s the last numbers joy they will have in a while.  That’s because with an adjustment in the regulations for the state of emergency, lotteries and Games of chance have been suspended for the duration of the state of emergency.

And in a press release tonight the Ministry Of Economic Development apologized for any inconvenience caused over this decision but requests the cooperation of the public as everyone works together to reduce the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Belize.
