"The Cuban professionals will be dispersed throughout the country. Some have already gone to Karl Heusner. That started yesterday. We will go back with Miss Bell and Miss Matute the chief nursing officer after we finish here to deploy the rest of the Cuban doctors and nurses throughout the country with Cayo and Belmopan being the areas that are of more immediate concern simply because that's where the cases are popping up from."
