SOE Regulations Bing Tweaked This Friday
posted (April 15, 2020)
But while that is slightly encouraging, the national state of emergency remains in effect until at least the end of this month.

And, the Attorney General today announced that on Friday, the regulations would be tweaked once again. Here's what he said on meet the experts:

Michael Peyrefitte - Attorney General
"It is not the law now but it will be the law Friday. Banks will be opened from 8 to 4, public utilities will be opened from 8 to 4, so you can pay your bills only, there will be a curfew that allows children 16 and under to be on the streets and in the public only from 8 to 4 and then doctors will only be allowed to work at one of either the private institutions or the public institutions. You can't work in both places, so that there isn't any chance of conliflict of any kind. So, if you are a doctor pick one."

That last provision, presumably to avoid cross contamination or confusion between Doctors between public and private hospitals, is sure to be controversial because it may be difficult to restrict specialist doctors who only work 20 hours weekly at the KHMH.
