"But now everything has stopped for you, while you remain on self-isolation. Is that right?"

Dr. Pedro Ariaga - Head of ICU, KHMH
"No, I still continue with patients in the isolation unit, up to the time a patient was discharged from the isolation a couple days ago. There are doctors and nurses working there. I supervise them from my tablet and my computer. I have communication with them as I always do before. The same thing with the general ICU, I still am in charge and I supervise what the doctors they do with the general ICU patients at this point in time."

Ariaga adds that he has led, and continues to remotely lead training sessions for the medical staff in procedures such as incubation and the "donning and doffing" of PPE's.
