The Plan Imperfect
posted (April 20, 2020)
The answer for that one will eventually have to come from the Ministry of Finance.

And, there are other answers which will have to come from the National Task Force, like when will school doors re-open.

So, today's plan for the education had a lot of missing piecing and incomplete information; the Minister did concede it's not a perfect plan:

Hon. Patrick Faber, Minister of Education
"But there are many things that we still have on the table. Whether or not this is the way we are going to end the school year with this kind of home-based learning is still very much up in the air, but we have to be prepared and we have to have some direction, some plan B just in case things don't go the way we would want them to go. As it stands now we are only officially out of school because of the state of emergency which only takes us up to the end of April and so if things improved which many are doubtful it will, but there could be a completely different scenario in terms of how we end the school year. There is no full proof plan, there is no perfect plan that will appease everybody in this instance. This is new for all of us."

New for everyone indeed, and the ministry says its lodestar will be its website, www.moe.gov.bz. Online resources and activities are loaded unto the site daily.
