And, after those tertiary contacts, Manzanero says it's not quite clear who else they should test - since the regular flu season ended in March:

"If you had said we would start doing wider testing, why are the numbers of tests in the infographic not reflecting that?"
"Well I have said that we were going to go out and routinely be looking for all respiratory illnesses and doing random testing and testing healthcare workers. That has happened. We did test everybody hospitalized that had influenza like illness, that was having severe acute respiratory symptoms, healthcare workers that were ill. But, as I have said, the numbers in terms of flu symptoms have decreased significantly, significantly."
