And, Williams still didn't end there.  He went on to explain that police believe that there was actually no injury at all to Roca's jaw; it may have been caused by his advanced HIV infection.

"We know the post mortem found that he died from multiple organ failure consistent with HIV infection. Might the entire controversy about someone causing an injury that caused his face to be swollen be a misunderstanding of what was actually a manifestation of his HIV situation?"

"Yes Jules like you rightly alluded to, I'm not a doctor but we have done our own research as a part of the investigation to be able to determine what may have caused the swelling and may I also say that the same video that was taken by the police in the station also showed that Mr. Roca's left jaw was already swollen and from our investigation and our research and you know google can tell you a lot because you go there and find many information and we have found in that research that a person who is in advance stage of HIV/AID that the lymph nodes would get swollen and it would show a swelling right in the neck jaw area and that is indeed consistent with the type of swelling that Ulysease Roca had and we believe that it was indeed that cased that swelling and not no blow to the jaw as was suggested."

And while the commissioner was responding to the claims the family mad eon Monday night, tonight a contact tells us the family is livid at these latest remarks.  They say he has rubbed salt in their wounds with many inaccuracies.
