"If you live in the Cayo District and you are going to Belize and the police stop you in Hattieville, you have to demonstrate to that officer that you are going to Belize District because you are either purchasing essential needs, medical attention, emergency, you are an essential worker of employee of an essential service, home healthcare provider or something to the effect. But you are still not allowed to leave your municipality unless you have to for what you do or for an emergency or for an urgent need that you may have. So you still can't go to Orange Walk for tacos Sunday and it doesn't grieve anyone more than how it grieves me, but you still cannot travel across any locality if it is not for an essential purpose."
