So unless you're going to one of those government offices, or going about your personal business with a specific intent, there are not many reasons to be outside. The limitation on public movement remains in effect after Sunday - and the rule is, basically, if you're out of your house, it has to be with good reason:

"From 5am to 8pm, you can only be outside for the same reasons that you could only be outside from before like now. You can only be outside and about come Sunday if you are purchasing essential needs, if you are attending for medical or veterinary attention, if you have an emergency, especially a medical emergency, if you are an essential worker or an employee of an approved business going to and from work, if you are a home healthcare provider of services to sick, disabled, elderly and children only going to and from work and you are acting as an essential worker, but not limited to security guards, whether by foot or a delivery person or something like that."
