Cherisse Halsall didn't see any when she stopped to witness some commotion over food packages this morning. This time, it wasn't at the pantries. Instead, police had to manage the line for free groceries at a warehouse near Majestic Alley.
People were getting in line to redeem coupons for food packages, some of them with no coupon at all. Cherisse Halsall reports.
Tickets for over 100 food packages were given out throughout the city.
