Commissioner Condemns Cops
posted (May 22, 2020)
We caught up with the commissioner today on the banks of the Rio Hondo at San Victor Village where he was doing a border enforcement tour. We'll have that full story later on, but the outing gave the media the opportunity to press him on a number of current affairs involving police.

And one of them is story of Santa Elena resident David Galindo who yesterday claimed that he was tortured by the GSU. The cops held him down and took a lighter to his nipple. Today, the COMPOL said there could be no justification for such an act:

Chester Williams, Commissioner of Police
"Well I got the complaint yesterday and I immediately contacted Mr. Sutherland who is the commander of PSB and dispatched him to San Ignacio yesterday. I know he had recorded statements from the 2 brothers as well as witnesses. They have also gathered some video footages that they are viewing and from what I am seeing the police officers are wrong and they have to face the consequences of their actions. There is no justification for you to burn a person nipple. I don't see the rationale behind it at all."
