And one of them is story of Santa Elena resident David Galindo who yesterday claimed that he was tortured by the GSU. The cops held him down and took a lighter to his nipple. Today, the COMPOL said there could be no justification for such an act:

I know he had recorded statements from the 2 brothers as well as witnesses. They have also gathered some video footages that they are viewing and from what I am seeing the police officers are wrong and they have to face the consequences of their actions. There is no justification for you to burn a person nipple. I don't see the rationale behind it at all."
