The Lord Ashcroft COVID-19 Relief Fund has made a donation of just
under a million dollars in supplies to the Ministry of Health.
This donation will aid the Ministry in the procurement of additional
equipment and supplies for which payment is pending.
Those supplies include 1 extraction machine, 1 video laryngoscope, 1
blood gas analyzer, 12 cartridges for blood gas analyzer, 300 infrared
thermometers, 50 nebulizers, assorted ventilator supplies, and oxygen
masks and cannulas.
Lyndon Guiseppi, the Chairman of the Lord Ashcroft COVID-19 Relief
Fund, met with Prime Minister Dean Barrow to hand over that cheque for
just over 992 thousand dollars.
The Ashcroft COVID-19 Fund has now extended 2.2 million dollars to the
Ministry of Health.
