And, while you can read the entire plan on Saldivar's facebook page, if you have about 45 minutes or so, we did the reading and asked him if it was a little lite on details and heavy on lightweight, fast-fix concepts:

"You are perfectly right there are many other areas that need to be address to remove the snags on growth to make the environment conducive for business sector to grow. All of those have to be discuss and I will say this in terms of what you have just said catastrophically the enormity of the problem should not fazed us to think that there is no solution."
