And there was a hit and run in Belize City today as well. It happened at around 2:30 this afternoon just north of A & R and across from Courts.
A grey Nissan vehicle and a motorbike were both northbound, heading in the same direction. But, the Nissan clipped the motorbike bike, which sent the bike and the driver - an unidentified female - tumbling to the pavement. The Nissan's driver just kept heading north, as the Meilun motorbike crashed to the pavement.
The motorcycle driver was rushed to the KJHMH and her status at this time is unknown. The driver has not been caught.
