45 year old Antonio Abel Barron is in a quarantine center tonight. Reports say that the Belize resident had gone over to Subteniente Lopez, Mexico to pick up his clothes and documents.
Under the new protocol he will be swabbed and - as is standard- he will remain in quarantine.
