And while those new quicker tests could change a whole lot about how those coming into he country are processed - the national oversight committee is also thinking about changing things for those already in the country.
Reliable reports say they are recommending that the curfew be rolled back to starting at 10:00 pm from Sunday to Thursday. And on Friday and Saturday, the start of curfew would be pushed back to midnight. In both cases, it would end at 5:00 am - as it does now.
There is also a proposal to permit social gatherings of 100 persons.
Again these are reports of proposals at this stage - which, if approved, could go into effect next week.
