BDF Major Eric Neal today graduated with a Masters of Defence Studies professional degree from the Canadian Forces College, in Toronto, Canada.
It was a virtual graduation due to COVID 19, but he is the first Belizean to complete the Masters studies program.
Today, he discussed what he learned and spoke candidly about how it needs to be applied in the BDF:
Neal has been in the BDF since 2004, and worked in various posts, but spent the most time as the Aide De Camp to the Governor General, sir Colville Young for 12 and a half years.
