Repatriates Return In Numbers
posted (June 19, 2020)
The most packed flight since March 23rd touched down at the P.G.I.A. this morning. It was a United Airlines flight out of Houston, the state from which patient 21 returned on Saturday.

So, officials from the Ministry of Health had to be fully engaged and in effect, setting up screening booths to process all 44 repatriates. The new protocol is that samples are taken on arrival, before they are whisked off to mandatory 14 day quarantine.

And while there's always the anxiety of waiting for that test, and enduring 14 says in lockdown, for families of the repatriates there's still joy on having their loved ones home.

These most recent arrivals will be housed, at their own expense, at the Princess Hotel and Casino.
