They found a long list of complaints and irregularities in the training of Intake #65 - including 65 written complaints. And today at Price Barracks, the BDF's Senior Command discussed lessons learned from the report and what happens next with actionable complaints of a disciplinary nature:

"It does show that we have to be more selective in terms of who the instructors are assigned and we have to do a little more vetting to ensure that we have the right people doing the training."

"General, the report makes mention of 65 written complaints but the report doesn't go into saying what's the content of those complaints. Do you have any knowledge as to what those complaints are about?"

"Now that the investigation has been completed we can now proceed with these matters and the commander has already given direction to that sub-unit commander to continue with those proceedings. So, that was given, I think, within the last week, to start these charges with these persons internally. About 75% of those findings we have already started making the necessary changes and amendments to our documents internally. The generation of the sexual harassment policy, the creation of the hand book for the purpose of persons coming into training and at the training school. We have also started to do the compaign concerning the sexual harassment through out the force. More specifically we have started with the females, the senior females and then at a smaller level, the female soldiers that are currently located at this camp. However there are intentions to do the entire tour of the country so that we could have them at the different locations generating the same presentation."
