And while there are no developments in Oroman's case, police have served a Notice Of Intended Prosecution to the driver that collided with 27-year-old Kemel Espat.
It was a collision that resulted in Espat's instant death, a tragedy that as we showed you has left a family and a community in mourning. This morning Superintendent Romero gave us the police's play by play of the accident.

"The driver of the Nissan Xterra has been served with an NIP and the matter is under investigation."

"Is there any indication at this point who was in whose lane or anything like that?"

"The investigation is revealing that the driver of the motorcycle overtook a vehicle and collided into the front portion of the Nissan Xterra."

"Samples taken and that sort of thing?"

"Yes that is a part of the investigation."

"Was he wearing any helmet or protective gear?"

"I think he was wearing a helmet, yes."
